By signing below, I confirm that all measurements provided in this form are accurate and have been taken in accordance with the instructions provided by Grip. Racewear. I understand and agree to the following:
1. Measurement Responsibility. Grip. Racewear will manufacture the suit strictly to the measurements submitted in this form. We accept no responsibility for any fit issues arising from inaccurate, incorrectly taken, or incorrectly recorded measurements.
2. Custom Orders. All race suits are custom-made to order and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once production has commenced, except in cases where a manufacturing defect is identified.
3. Logo Artwork. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all logo artwork submitted is of sufficient quality and that the customer has the right to use such artwork. Grip. Racewear accepts no liability for any intellectual property disputes arising from customer-supplied artwork.
4. Lead Times. Estimated production lead times will be confirmed at the point of order. Grip. Racewear will not be held liable for delays outside of our reasonable control.
5. Acceptance. Submission of this form constitutes acceptance of Grip. Racewear\'s full terms and conditions, available on request.
